Dr. Gary Palmer, M.D.

Board Certified Dermatologist & Advanced Aesthetics Expert

Gary D. Palmer, MD, is an aesthetic laser specialist at Advanced Laser and Cosmetic Center. Cosmetic dermatology has been Dr. Palmer’s passion for three decades.

Dr. Palmer earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Kentucky in 1977. He completed his internship and residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, as well as another residency at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

A board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Palmer was the first in the Dayton, Ohio, area to use lasers to remove tattoos, hair, facial veins, and scars. He was also the first in the area to offer breakthrough aesthetic treatments such as microdermabrasion, Thermage®, and intense pulsed light therapy.
Dr. Palmer stays current with the latest advancements in his field. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is also affiliated with Kettering Medical Center in Ohio.

Allen Taylor, CT, LEOT

Aesthetician, Laser Technician, & Body Sculpting Specialist
Allen Taylor is an office manager and technician at Advanced Laser and Cosmetic Center. He has been involved in the cosmetic laser industry for over 30 years, and with our Center since 2011.

He graduated from Vincennes University in 1982, with a Science degree in Laser Electro-Optics, and South-Eastern School of Electrology in 2016. In previous positions, he has served as lead laser technician at Jewish Hospital Cincinnati, trained physicians and technicians around the country on laser safety and surgical techniques at Laser Centers of America in Cincinnati, operated his own mobile medical laser company and was a salesperson for a major medical laser manufacture. He also provides services that include laser hair removal, electrology, micro-dermabrasion, PRP injections for both hair loss and erectile dysfunction. Body sculpting and contouring with Sculpt, Emsculpt, VanquishME and Thermismooth. Skin tightening and facial rejuvenation with Tixel, Thermismooth and Laser Genisis

Tiffani Bullion, R.N.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector & Certified Laser Specialist
Tiffani is a Registered Nurse who has worked with Dr. Palmer at the Advanced Laser and Cosmetic Center since 2010. She worked as a Medical Assistant for several years then completed Sinclair’s Nursing program in 2018. Tiffani has continued to increase her knowledge of dermatology and cosmetics and loves to learn new procedures. She specializes in microneedling, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body sculpting with Sculpt Vanquish & Emsculpt, Kybella, Botox, lip fillers, skin tightening with Thermi Smooth & Sculpt, and spider leg vein injections. In addition to the above procedures, Tiffani is also our clinical staff manager and assists Dr. Palmer with laser resurfacing procedures.
